We are looking for a confident and independent salesman who will be primarily responsible for launching our business activities throughout Hungary with the support from Prague HQ. We expected self motivation and strong focus on results and KPIs.
What will you do
- Actively search for business opportunities throughout Hungary (medium and large companies).
- Monitor the market, network, fill pipeline business cases and close them.
- Work closely with the Sales Director and Marketing Director to prepare campaigns to gain the interest of potential customers.
- Work with modern forms of addressing and communication with potential clients (eg LinkedIn and others).
- Build networking. We realize that closing a deal in our industry means building a long-term relationship and trust.
- Following trends and constantly working on yourself: knowledge is our main value. You should be able to perfectly understand what we do and to be able to explain to the customer the added value of our unique solution.
- Influencing product development. Every day we push the boundaries of what is possible and we want you to be part of product development.
- Use modern CRM as Pipedrive and Trello is.
What should you have
- Experience with direct sales, key account management and business development in the field of corporate customers (B2B)
- Demonstrable sales results
- Experience with the sale of IT or services
- Fluent Hungarian and English (speaking and writing)
- Very good communication and presentation skills
- Strong customer orientation
- Flexibility – the ability to adapt quickly to a changing market
